Holiday Gift Guide 2017

Happy Holidays! I’ve spent the last few weeks putting together these gift guides for you – and they’re separated into different categories to make it easier and everything is clickable! Disclaimer: I am by NO means a graphic designer.

The Toddler:

I’ve heard a saying over the years that has stuck with me because I feel that it aligns with how I would like to handle holiday gift giving with Henry and his future sibling.  The saying goes, “one gift they want, one gift they need, one gift they wear & one gift they read.” I know we tend to spoil our babes (& that’s totally okay – I’m definitely guilty too!), but I like to make sure that I also give Henry gifts that won’t end up in the garage after a few months because they render themselves useless like a bunch of other “recommended baby toys” and I like to make sure he’s getting something out of his gifts in an educational or sensory form. The below items (all clickable over each item) are all that we love and use frequently or are on our own wish list.

Notes: Bath books are a big hit in our house! They’re not a typical gift that comes to mind but they totally should be. Henry was gifted a couple when he was born and he still loves them and opens them during every bath.

The Mama:

These aren’t your typical old “basic mom” gifts! I love every single item on this list and have/want all of them. I think new (& I guess not so new) moms can feel like they’ve lost a part of themselves with their role in motherhood; and a personal, well-thought out gift is always appreciated. Am I right?!

The Host With the Most:

As a woman who loves to entertain, I can personally vouch that these items have either already made a home in my kitchen pantry or have found their way onto my holiday wish list. There’s nothing quite like the satisfaction to having the perfect serving tray for the appetizer you just spent hours making or having the cutest champagne flutes for your guests to fawn over.

Under $50:

We’ve all had that moment of “oh sh*t! I need to get so-and-so a gift!” Below are the perfect gifts for those kinda moments, a small gift for a friend, or a little thoughtful stocking stuffer.

HAPPY HOLIDAYS! & Happy Shopping!
