My Favorite Items From Trader Joe’s

I recently polled you guys on Instagram about what kind of content you wanted to see and this idea was a HUGE hit! I know that I’m always curious about what goods everyone else is finding – so of course I should share my own, duh. Trader Joe’s is one of my go to places to grocery shop – it’s affordable, nearby.. and a cult favorite for a reason! While I find that I can’t do my full weekly shopping there, I like to visit about once every other week to stock up. I’m going to organize this post into different categories such as staples in the produce section and seasonal finds – that way you guys can take away from it whatever you wish!

Oops on the photo quality! Trader Joe’s lighting isn’t really photoshoot friendly and ya with a baby!

Flowers – I can’t ever pass the flower section by without picking up a bunch of blooms!
Bananas – truly can’t beat the price
Cubed butternut squash – takes the hassle out of cutting it yourself
Avocados – so much more affordable

Daily Bread
Almond Flour
 – my favorite baking flour
Pancake Mix – weekend breakfast must-have!
Fruit Crushers – easy to throw in my bag for a quick snack for Henry
RX Bars – truly the healthiest protein bars out there and they’re hard to find! Mixed berry is my fave flavor.
Olive Oil Spray
Nuts/Trail Mix – love the trail mix combos and the truffled marcona almonds
Maple Syrup
Everything But the Bagel Seasoning
Yuzu Hot Sauce – this FLAVAHHHH

Organic Brown Rice – this is SO EASY for when you need rice without waiting 40 minutes for it to cook on the stove!
Organic Quinoa
Just Coconut Chunks – blend these with your coffee or in your smoothies
Appetizers – I keep some packages of easy appetizers in the freezer for when I have people over unexpectedly (pot stickers, spinach & artichoke dip).
Cookie Butter Cheesecake Bites – OMG, that’s all.
Gone Bananas – for when you just need a little something sweet

Triple Creme Brie
Goat Cheese – any & all.

Organic Chicken Breast – I stock up for hub’s lunches
Roasted Cauliflower & Cheese Mezzelune – SO GOOD. Henry loves it too!

Spicy Pickled Vegetables
Tahini spread – so good on EVERYTHING! I like it better than hummus.

Revive Kombucha – if you follow me on Instagram, you know I’m a huge fan!
Organic Cold Brew – this is always good to have on hand for rough mornings bc #momlife

Pumpkin Mochi – I haven’t seen them yet this year but they are AHHHMAZING!
Apple Cider Jam – to elevate your classic PB&J
Harvest Salsa
Gluten-Free Pumpkin Pancake Mix – Henry loves these
Butternut Squash Mac & Cheese

1000 Stories Red Blend – only $16.99 and good for a “whatever” kinda night!

So, there you have it! If you guys are interested, I’ll share this kind of content more often with my seasonal favorites as they are released. Happy shopping, loves!
